Apple CEO Steve Job’s announced the coming of the new Iphone 4 today in San Fransisco. The announcement took place at Apple’s annual worldwide conference for developers. Speaking about the new iphone 4, Jobs proclaims it to be “the biggest leap since the original iPhone.”

Jobs Reports that the new iphone 4 will be the “thinnest smartphone in the world”. Apple claimes it is 24% thinner than the iphone 3GS.

“A lot of you have already seen this,” said Jobs, adding,”believe me, you ain’t seen it.”

Many have seen the leaked photos from Gizmodo and wondered about the metal band surrounding the phone.  Jobs revealed Monday that the band is actually the new iPhone’s antenna. And the higher resolution rear facing camera for taking pictures.
